Kristen Cooper, owner of 716 Health and wellness educator, noticed many of her female coaching clients, friends, and other business relationships all had a similar issue.
They have experienced toxic relationships, outgrew some of their friendships, and have had an empty space in their life where healthy, motivated, and mutually benefiting female relationships should be! Real authentic relationships built on honesty, trust, empowerment, healthy boundaries, support, respect, and the proper energy exchange of give and take….and leaving jealousy, unhealthy ego, insecurities and limiting thoughts and support out of the equation.
Kristen craved “new blood “ in her life as well, and knew she needed to make more time to foster relationships with women she admired. We all have the same 24 hours and busy or not, she decided to post on her personal Facebook page about the idea of WOMEN WEDNESDAYS (making time to meet new gals and stay connected to the ones you love). And on a Wednesday morning, she posted she was headed to Ebenezer Ale House in West Seneca at 6pm for WOMAN WEDNESDAY, and anyone craving women empowerment, to please come. She wasn’t sure is anyone would show up, but went and decided to see what happens.
5 amazing ladies came and many messaged if they had notice, they would have loved to come. It was a great night of sharing and getting to know each other and Kristen showed up a bit tired, but left so inspired- and the other ladies felt the same!
This budded the idea of a gathering a group of women with NO AGENDA, NO SELLING, and NO DRAMA . You do not need to know ANYONE to attend. The whole idea is meeting new EMPOWERED WOMEN and building soul sisters. Life is better when you have supportive relationships. There have been several WOMAN WEDNESDAY’S since which encouraged the need for this FB group.
Even know Kristen started this group- this is not HER group. This is OUR group…no commitment, no judgment, do ulterior motives, no gossip, no energy vampires, no phonies…just real woman talking about our passions and pushing each other to grow. Anyone can post motivational messages, memes, or ideas for places to meet up on a Wednesday...or any day for that matter!
